    Mint már a Facebookon említettem, egyre több helyen lehet hozzájutni a laskagombához. Én kb 10 éves lehettem, amikor először találkoztam vele nagymamám konyhájában. 2 hatalmas óriáspöffeteg gomba társaságában kapott egy zacskó laskát is a szomszédtól, aki nagy erdei gombász hírében állt. Nagyikám drága megtisztította, bepanírozta és kisütötte ezt az akkoriban igen ritkának számító csemegét, mi meg nagypapámmal élveztük az eredményt!
    Na, azt hiszem akkor szerettem bele a gombákba. Mert rájöttem, hogy nem csak az unalmas fehér csiperke létezik, hanem az erdő egész gombakavalkádot tartogat. És milyen finomak is ezek az erdei gombák.
    Később megismerkedtem az őzláb gombával, a fantasztikus rókagombával, az érdes tinóruval, a különleges szárított fafülgombával és az isteni vargányával. A piacon egyre többször találkoztam a barna krémgombával (ami a barna csiperke és a vargánya párosításából született és igen ízletes gomba), shitake-val (amit szinte fűszerként használ az ember ára és íze miatt is) és természetesen a laskagombával.

    Mivel a laskagomba viszonylag megfizethető áron kapható, így elég sok ember tud hozzájutni nap, mint nap.
